What is ConTact C.A.R.E?
Discovered and developed in NZ, ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release is a very successful way to treat past injuries and issues that simply wont go away.
Sudden, unexpected impact injury to a bone causes the 'bone skin' (periosteum) to contract in on itself causing what is called a 'Flinchlock' at the point of impact. Unable to be released by itself, the area becomes heavy and constricted. Other areas of the body have to 'pick up' and carry this load, shifting and changing to accommodate a new way of balancing: affecting walking, lifting, sleeping, eating etc..
