The General Data Protection Regulation ('GDPR') came into effect on May 25th, 2018 (in Europe) and was created to protect your privacy and personal information.
The nature of the form that you complete at your first session dictates that I hold some basic personal and health details.
I do not share this information, it remains private. However, with your permission and knowledge, I will include you in any notification of special offers or Newsletters that would come to you via Mailchimp (or similar), your information remaining confidential at all times.

Full payment is requested on or by appt date: cash or internet please to 03-1354-0593899-01.

Bookings may be altered up to 24 hrs ahead of appt, however, any changes requested less than 12 hours ahead of due session will incur a fee of 50% of session value.

A 'no show' with no contact from the client will incur a full session fee.

An appointment more than 20km from Eban Road will incur a fuel fee unless agreed prior. Group and Hub appointments do not carry fuel fees.
